We respect your privacy and will never re-sell or distribute any of your personal information to any person or entity for any reason whatsoever.
When you place an order with us, we will request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number, expiration date, email address, and telephone number. We consider this information to be private, and we will keep this information secured internally from outside parties. This information gets used for the limited purpose of processing your order, updating our site, or notifying you of upcoming wine releases and events. We do not and will not share your private information, ever.
We taking shipping seriously at Wilson Foreigner. All orders will ship via UPS from our fulfillment center in Napa on a predetermined ship date. You will receive notification of the ship date prior to its departure. However, we will not release an order if it is 80 degrees or warmer in Napa, its destination, or anywhere along the shipment route as we want your order to arrive in the same condition that it leaves the winery.
Someone 21 years or older must be present to sign for the package. UPS will make three attempts at delivering your package. But by the third attempt, if UPS is unable to deliver your package, it will be returned to our fulfillment center and your credit card will be charged for any additional shipping costs incurred.
If your product is damaged in shipping, please notify us within two (2) days of the incident and we will file a claim with the shipping company and replace your product or refund your credit card.
Should you be the rare recipient of an off-condition wine, please let us know immediately. Do not dispose of the wine, just re-cork it and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
